Forced Air Heat Exchangers
Water to air heat exchangers are used to transfer water heat in your forced air ductwork. Water to air heatexchangers take hot water through a series of copper coils and alluminum fins, your furnace fan blows through this water to air heat exchanger and super heats the air in you duct work then heats your home.
When deciding on what size water to air heat exchanger you need measure your plenum above the air conditioning coil then buy the next size smaller of the measurement. Example, if your plenum measures 21x21 then buy the 20x20 water to air heat exchanger. you want to be able to slip the water to air heat exchanger inside you duct work. Then you want to install a 90 deg angle piece of metal that you will screw to the inside of your duct. this shelf should be installed on both the left and the right inside of your duct. You also want to make this shelf on the back of the duct as well. When building this shelf it will hold your water to air heat exchanger in place and last you a lifetime. We have been told these same heat exchangers sell for as much as $300 for a 16" x 16" and $350 for a 19" x 20" when purchased from some outdoor wood boiler dealers. They are the same heat exchangers!

SIDE ARM DOMESTIC WATER HEAT EXCHANGERS
These side arm domestic hot water heat exchangers will save you hundreds of dollars in the course of a year. You get free hot water as long as your wood boiler is in operation.
Fits all gas, oil or electric water heaters. Remember the recovery is not as fast as your current water heater, but this unit will keep your water hot. 80% of your hot water costs are maintaining the hot water, not the initial warm up! Natural Thermosyphon action keeps the domestic water flowing through this unit, keeping your domestic water HOT! A small circulation pump may be added to increase the flow of domestic wather through the heat exchanger, which will increase hot water output. Boiler water and domestic water never mix.

POOL HEAT EXCHANGERS
Swimming pool heat exchanger is designed from 316 stainless steel and is the only type of pool heat exchanger that should be used for heating a pool or hot tub. These pool heat exchangers are made to take huge volumes of water from your swimming pool. They work as the hot water from the outdoor wood stove or gas boiler enters the top end of the swimming pool heat exchanger. This water is then diffused through 35-50 pencil size seperate stainless steel tubes. These tubes are seperated inside the swimming pool heat exchanger so when the colder swimming pool water enters the heat exchanger from the larger side ports the pools water swirls around the pencil size hot water tubes. This swirl motion is the most effective way to heat transfer your swimming pools water. These pool heat exchangers are made to handle all pool chemicals.
